Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, the form may collect your name, phone number, email, location, address, furniture preferences, dimensions, quantity, messages and any reference images you choose to upload. Consultation requests may include preferred dates and times.
Internal booking information
If an authorized team member records an order, the record may include customer identifiers, agreed specifications, address, payment confirmation details, receipt images and delivery instructions. Do not enter real internal records until appropriate access protection is in place.
How information is used
Information is intended to help the team understand requirements, prepare quotations, arrange consultations, communicate about an enquiry and manage an agreed order. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis and any required consent.
Submission service, Google Sheets and Google Drive
The website is designed to send form data to a configured Google Apps Script web app. That service may store records in Google Sheets and uploaded images in Google Drive if the business implements those features. This static website does not itself establish that storage. The business must confirm the actual service setup, recipients and access permissions.
Uploaded images and payment confirmation
Upload only images you have permission to share. Avoid unnecessary personal information. Payment receipt uploads are for payment confirmation records; this website does not process payments or request card credentials.
Communication
The team may contact you through your stated contact preference to discuss the request. WhatsApp, email and phone communications use the relevant third-party services.
Cookies and local storage
No analytics or advertising tracker is enabled by default. The website may keep a short-lived submission acknowledgement in your browser session so it can show a reference ID. Form entries remain in the open page during navigation between steps and submission failures; they are not saved as a durable draft.
Third-party services
Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts load. Contact links may open WhatsApp, Google Maps or social services, which apply their own privacy practices. Any future analytics or advertising tools must be reviewed and disclosed before enabling them.
Retention and security
The business must define retention periods and appropriate access controls for actual records. Information should be retained only for legitimate business needs and applicable obligations. The static internal form is not an authentication system.
Your choices and requests
